Please contact your legislator about GOAL’s Civil Rights Bill

Last week, Massachusetts State Representative Jeffrey Turco and GOAL filed An Act Relative to Restoring Civil Rights. The bill would bring Massachusetts’ gun licensing laws in line with what the Supreme Court laid out in the NYSRPA v. Bruen at the end of June. The bill has received a docket number from the House Clerk, HD. 5245 has entered the Legislative Process and is in need of co-sponsors.
