When a defensive use of force is required, especially a defensive use of force with a gun, surviving the legal encounter becomes a serious legal matter.  Knowing how to cooperatively respond to police in a manner that best protects you legally will be as critical as your physical defensive fight.

This session will review your legal rights such as the right to be silent, your right to an attorney, you right to privacy from search and seizure and most importantly why you need to exercise those rights if you are ever involved in a defensive use of force.

While you may protect yourself physically with a firearm, you protect yourself legally with knowledge of the law and the criminal justice system.
