GOAL FID Contest for Junior hunters and shooters!
Download
Application Here
Are you a youth
between the ages of 15 and 17? Are you looking to apply
for your first Firearms Identification Card? Is the
unjust cost of an FID card keeping you from
participating in the shooting sports? Then we can help!
GOAL is
pleased to announce a special contest that will assist
ten juniors by reimbursing half of the cost of their
first FID Card. At GOAL we understand how difficult it
is for families to absorb the cost of FID cards for
their sons and daughters. That is why we are offering
this special drawing to assist our members in obtaining
the state mandated Firearm Identification Card for a
junior shooter or hunter.
Juniors
interested in applying for GOAL’s $50.00 FID
Reimbursement Drawing should fill out the form below and
mail it in with:
-
A copy of their state Basic Firearms
Safety Course Certificate or Hunter Education Course
Certificate.
-
Proof that the youth is either a
GOAL member, or the child of a GOAL member
-
A copy of their FID Card, issued
during 2008, or proof that the application is in
process.
All
applications
must be received in the GOAL office by August 1st,
2008. Remember, the contest is open only to 15, 16 and
17 year olds, and only for GOAL members or the children
of GOAL members.
A drawing
from all entries will be held in the GOAL office during
the first week of August. The first ten names drawn will
receive a $50 reimbursement check from GOAL.
