GOAL's Legislation Chart

8/2/2010 Please note: With the close of the legislative session most of the bills on this page did not become law. This December many will be re-filed, and will have new bill #s. We will be continuously updating the information in order to keep it as accurate as possible.

Committee Report Key:

  • "Favorable" - This means the committee has released the bill with a recommendation that the bill should pass into law.
  • "Adverse" - This means the committee has recommended that the bill NOT pass into law.
  • "Study" - This means that the committee believes further research needs to be done before a decision is made. This normally means the bill is dead for the current legislative session.
