Kyle Culotta first court appearance since being released on bail
Gardner, MA – On Wednesday, December 10th, Kyle Culotta had his first appearance in court on firearm possession charges since his release from jail in late October. Kyle was pulled over and arrested in June 2025 for unlicensed possession of a firearm and held for more than 100 days after being declared a “dangerous person.”
While in court, the Worcester County District Attorney’s office is considering dismissing the additional charges in the case. Kyle’s next trial date is February 4th and his attorney, Dan Hagan, is very encouraged by the outcome.
“Yesterday’s hearing marked a significant step forward in Kyle Culotta’s case, as the Worcester County DA’s office is actively reviewing the charges for a possible reduction which could eliminate the felony counts,” said Attorney Dan Hagan. “We are optimistic that the Commonwealth will recognize the need for a more balanced approach and reduce these charges substantially.”
